Pickup & holding details

• Please wait for your Ready for Pickup email before coming in.
• Pickup is available during regular salon hours; bring your order confirmation.
• Prepaid orders are held for 30 days after the Ready for Pickup email.
• If your next appointment is later, call us at (856) 575-0705 before the deadline and we’ll arrange an extended hold.

Unclaimed orders: After 30 days without an extended-hold arrangement, the order may be canceled and refunded to the original payment method, less a 5% unclaimed-order restocking fee calculated on the merchandise subtotal before tax. Cancellations requested before the deadline are refunded in full. The fee does not apply if Maison de Cheveux is unable to fulfill the order. If an inventory discrepancy prevents fulfillment, we’ll contact you with a full refund or available options.
