We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full service amount. We understand emergencies happen and will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Your ideal maintenance schedule depends on your hairstyle, color technique, hair growth, and preferred level of upkeep. Short or precision haircuts generally need reshaping every 4–6 weeks, while medium and longer styles may go 6–12 weeks between cuts.

For color, root or gray-coverage appointments are commonly scheduled every 4–6 weeks. Glosses and toners may need refreshing every 4–8 weeks, traditional highlights around 8–12 weeks, and lived-in color or balayage may last 12–16 weeks or longer. Vivid colors and higher-contrast results may require more frequent maintenance.
